India Tourism Gets Impetus at Geneva Festival

India gets a solid boost at Geneva Festival in the month of August. Though the occasion was confined to showcasing the upcoming festival, India was called as a guest of honour. Now this is something significant for the Indian tourism industry as Indian economy is buoying at a rapid pace. It has established itself as the second largest and fastest growing economy of the world.

In the wake, Geneva's tourism authority is expecting to attract some 5,000 tourists from the Indian vicinities. It has been revealed during the 10-day event and as a result India was invited as the guest of honour.
