India Tourism – Emerging Travel Powerhouse

World is eyeing upon Asia these days. Amidst rising unemployment and deepening economic crisis in the west, Asian markets are seen performing better with every passing moment. In fact, the credit goes to the manufacturing sector that has made everything possible.

In wake of recent reports, China, India and Brazil are set to do exceptionally well in international tourism in the times to come. An estimate confirms that nearly two billion new middle class consumers are expected to emerge into the markets, which are bound to push the India tourism as well and that too at an unprecedented level.

China is witnessing nearly 20 percent increase annually. Nearly 1.6 billion tourists are coming to India and China round the year and they are the people with large sums of money. The recent phenomena constitute one of the greatest impacts on the India Travel industry.

Interestingly, the United States has seen little growth in terms of long-haul travelers, especially during the past decade. During the time when rest of the world has seen about 40 percent growths, United States of America has seen it in negative growth.

What’s more, countries like Brazil are also doing well in terms of tourism. Interestingly, those travelers who decide to visit China or Brazil do come to India as well as they step into Asian vicinities. Now that is something, which is boosting India Tourism , in all its aspects.
